publicize which maps have linked starting positions
let newcomers know the "secret" or at least not obvious info that many long time members know :
link to the XML files of cc maps and maybe point out the 20 or so that link starting positions
makes it less likely new members will quit due to being at a disadvantage ...otherwiae its like plaing cards against people who always show their hands
could add a section called tips for new members to our current welcome to cc package
