Deploy/Action Window Appeared in Bottom of Browser Window

Not sure if this is a bug or a setting I can't fix. I recently deleted my cookies and history from my browser but didn't change any settings in this game. Now when I enter a game there's a window/frame at the bottom of the page where you can take action - deploy/attack/fort etc. It takes up a ton of space and is blocking much of the map. I've been trying different settings to get rid of this window/frame at the bottom so I can see more of the map but can't figure it out. Any advice or is this a bug? Appreciate the help.
