I understand the 25% of "another popular variant " are the escalating trench game.
Trench are popular, 100% sure, I love it, but escalating trench really? You sure you want to inflict us with that. Why not simply trench with any other kind of spoils? Actually nuclear + terminator does make for a nice combination :)

Considering about getting in. Would be really nice if we could agree on avoiding escalating + trench.

Especially since I think we both agree on that point ...

Thought about it, and I agree with your point. I've reduced the escalating trench from 1/4 to 1/6 of the games.
