Bug Medal Update Bug

Hi, probably a frequent post, but my Bots Medals progress count stalled ages ago.
I've probably played hundreds of Bot games, but the count only shows 37.
Just to prove it again, I just played a game against the level 4 Bot (because there was a thread saying you had to play games against certain level Bots to increase your Bot progress count), refreshed, and yes the 37 didn't change to 38...
Can you sort it out plz?

You have to beat each level of bot 200 time, it shows you win 37 level 1 (bronze), 57 level 2 (silver), 200 level 3 (gold), 119 level 4 (platinum).

because you haven’t reach 200 wins for Level 1 and 2 bots, you won’t get the Level 3 medal until you fulfill requirement with the prior level.

Hope this help, this has come to everyone from the new medal system.

So I thought I had the highest medal you can get for Ratings and Bot games but since the new update my stats show 167/200 for Bot medal and 1036*/1500 for ratings....

I went and gave some ratings to players I've never rated before and went back to look at my stats and it now says 1030/1500 ??

You have 1030/1500 as of now upon checking. Note that the Ratings medal got changed from being a 'Game' type medal, with only 4 levels, to a 'Community' type medal with 40+ levels. As part of this, the requirement for Level 4 (that used to be 'platinum', but is now Level 4) got changed. I had your current Stats checked and the data on your Ratings is correct according to the webmaster.

Thanks for looking. It now says 1030/1500 again but it was lowering every time I gave a new rating. Will let you know what happens the next time I can give one. If 1030/1500 is correct, then why did it say 1036/1500 at one point??

We can expect some inquiries and even complaints but it is what it is - some medals were issued in error. Now at least, the stats, medals log and medal summary should match with the player profile for these medals.

Without giving any new ratings to players my stats now show 1041/1500... I gave a new rating to someone today and 2 hours later it still says 1041/1500

medal board can take up to 24hrs to update, check tomorrow around the same time, even with the old system, medals were not always updated that quick.

You misunderstood... KA said that my count was at 1030/1500 and it was correct... I gave no new ratings since then but my count now says 1041/1500.

Have a question about the BOT Medal. Do you need to beat the BOTs in different maps in order to get medals? Or how it works? Im stuck at 92 BOTs of 200 to get the Bronze medal, but the more games I play the numbers do not move at all.

It could take up to 24hrs for your medal to update...also make sure you are selecting the proper bot level to increase accordingly. You can select any level but since you have not finish the bronze level (level 1), the other level will not show up until you reach the 200 mark with Bronze (next level will then show what you have already achieved).

Bots since the change was 90/200 - so I played another bot game with one of everything and its still stuck at 90/200.

Go to Medals & Stats (left menu) and then Player Stats (top menu) and scroll near the bottom

Same issue here for me.

93/200 for Bronze medal

But my player stats:

Not sure why one says 93, and the other says 46. I haven't played any bots games in awhile, so its not that I haven't waited 24 hours for the update. Its been updated and still isn't matching. With any combination of the numbers above I can't get 93.

I had been stuck at 90, played a few, and It took awhile to update to 93. It updated, but now these numbers aren't matching.

This has also got me confused but there are two separate sets of bots statistics:
One is in the middle, right after the "Beta Map Game Opponents Defeated"

you have to be a member when the month starts

*To Qualify for our Monthly Leaders and Most Improved Contests you need to complete a minimum of 20 scored games in the period and have a minimum score of 800 at the start of the period.

Ive had 2 unique poly wins in the past 3 days and my poly score has not updated that I can see on my medal stats.

Not sure if anything to do with the site updates but speed freestyle and ratings stats haven't updated for a little while I think
